Under the wise tutelage and guidance of Mark Breadner and his lineage, Cristina & Ryan are the co-creators & caretakers of Body Coach. They’re on a mission to initiate and educate as many Yoga teachers as possible into the power of lineage based, authentic Asana.
Cristina Arango
Cristina offers transformational programs for yoga students, yoga teachers, and holistic therapists.
A devoted student and passionate teacher, she shares her journey and stays true to the essence of yoga.
Her teaching is about developing a more conscious relationship with yourself. It’s about diving into your heart and building confidence and trust.
Cristina teaches you how to connect to your authentic voice as a teacher so that you teach in a way that supports your essence, nourishes your heart and connects to your students.
Ryan Barraclough
Ryan loves helping yoga teachers build their movement vocabulary. With his background in elite sports performance, personal training, rehabilitation and sports coaching,
Ryan brings a wealth of education and in-field knowledge to understanding the body as one system that reflects the underlying beliefs, subtle bodies and unbalanced physical areas.
Beyond viewing the body as a bunch of bones, joints and ligaments that are independent of the way we move, Ryan coaches teachers to learn the language of the body through key rhythms and movement patterns, empowering teachers to see where the energy isn’t flowing in a students from from simply observing the way they execute a sun salutation

Mark's goal is to help yoga teachers utilise the whole of life systems of yoga to become the leaders for transformation and holistic health on the planet.
By educating you on the incredible benefits of yoga methodology properly understood and implemented.
He isthe longest ongoing serving Yoga Educator in Australia with 25 years of educating and personally training over 2500 teachers through the whole science of yoga.
Over the years he has coached and travelled with the Olympic Gold medallists and World Champions as a Personal Yoga coach in swimming & surfing.
Today, he empowers the yoga community with powerful lineage-based trainings that honour yoga's true essence and deeply transform people's lives.
